To help you understand what I mean, I will use a practical example on the subject. Imagine that a person wants to lose weight, but does not want to change their eating habits or do any physical activity.

This way, you can type the term or keyword that is related to the service and/or product in your company’s industry and know exactly what potential customers are looking for on the subject.

However, as you can imagine, carrying out this survey manually on the search engine itself can take up a lot of your time, but this is where the Answer The Public tool can help you with your business.

This tool uses the search engine database, such as those mentioned above, and based on the keyword you type, it will present and suggest questions, prepositions and alphabetical lists related to your query based on what people are searching for most on the internet about the subject.

From the query, you can export the information to a CSV file in a spreadsheet and later analyze the data to interpret which problems your audience wants to solve and propose more assertive solutions for them.

Ubersuggest is a keyword research tool that can help you find out what your customers want. Similar to Answer The Public, you just need to type in a keyword that is related to your service and/or product and the tool will provide you with valuable information on the subject .

Among the data it provides are the volume of searches per month for the keyword, options related to the term searched for comparative purposes, the links that appear on search engine pages as a response to this search, among other possibilities.

But what do you do when you find out what your customer wants?

In addition to using these two tools to find out what the customer wants, you can use them to create strategic content to be posted on the website, blog or social networks linked to your company’s services and/or products.

This way, after knowing what the customer wants and needs and planning solutions within your industry that meet these issues, you can use digital marketing to promote your brand more efficiently.

Furthermore, through a good content strategy, it is possible to predict what the customer wants from your brand and at what stage of the purchasing journey they are, for example. These resources are possible by analyzing the behavior of your potential customer in relation to your content, by measuring the materials and pages of the website that they access and the content that they download.
